Buti is a practice for every-BODY.
Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means ‘a cure that has been hidden or kept secret’.
A workout fusing dynamic yoga asana with cardio-intensive tribal dance and body sculpting movement.
It utilises the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilise and strengthen the body and challenges the body along all planes of motion, incorporating elements of shaking and vibration to help release stored trauma.
Buti uses a beat-driven music to guide intuitive practice, curating an atmosphere that engages all of the senses physical and spiritual.

This calming class is ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower-paced, mindful practice. We’ll move gently through foundational yoga postures to stretch, strengthen, and improve flexibility, with a strong focus on breath awareness and relaxation.
Each session includes mindful movement, guided breathwork, and meditation to help calm the mind and restore balance. We close with the soothing sounds of a gong, guiding you into deep rest and helping release any lingering tension.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and reconnected with yourself.
Yoga Gently & Gong
Yin yoga with its slow, static holds gives us the chance to come back into balance, it allows our body to melt & release.
Yin poses are mainly seated or led down, we use as many props as the individual feels they would like to hold themselves through the practice. The more the better.
Yin is a nourishing, meditative & mindful practice which targets our deep connective tissues, like our fascia, ligaments & joints.
We wholeheartedly invite you to allow us to be the portal for your access to the wonderful realm of self healing. Each time we meet you might find something new added to the experience.
This could be with Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga nidra, snippets of sound & other expressions of nourishment.
